The villa spans a total of 300 square meters and encompasses 6 acres of garden space, featuring facilities for sports activities such as basketball, tennis, and volleyball.

Ground Floor
The ground floor features a spacious 85 square meter area comprising a living room, dining room, and fireplace, all adorned with marble tiles. The fully equipped kitchen showcases marble cladding and granite surfaces. Additionally, there are two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In total, the ground floor offers a generous 200 square meters of living space, providing ample room for relaxation and entertainment.
1st Floor
Upstairs, the first floor offers a master bedroom with a living area and fireplace, accompanied by a large veranda providing stunning views of the Saronic Gulf and Aegina. A lavish bathroom with a separate Jacuzzi room completes this luxurious space. In total, this floor boasts 100 square meters of exquisite living area, perfect for relaxation and enjoying the breathtaking scenery.
Guesthouse
The villa includes a charming stone guesthouse, offering 50 square meters of space for two people. This independent structure features its own bathroom, living room, and a double sofa bed, ensuring comfort and privacy for guests.

The outdoor area encompasses a vast garden spanning 6 acres, featuring lush lawns and abundant vegetation. Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts.
